GPP Intensity is for doing high-intensity, bodyweight workouts. Choose a number of rounds and the exercises you want to do, and go! The app will lead you through a high intensity workout of 30-second bursts, with an optional 30-second rest between rounds. After the workout is over, you can send a report to the email address of your choosing.
Its pretty straightforward, and doesnt give you many choices -- the focus is on the workout!
